At LeadEX Pro app, developed and owned by Assomo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your services. Please review our cancellation policy below
Cancellation Process
a) Stopping the usage of the LeadEX Pro app.
b) Sending an email to our support team at support@leadexglobal.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."
If the user chooses to cancel their services by email, our support team will disable their account upon receiving the request.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for any remaining balance or unused services in the LeadEX Pro app in case of cancellation.
Any money or credits left in the user's account will not be refunded upon cancellation of services.
Reactivation:
If a user wishes to reactivate their account after cancellation, they can do so by contacting our support team at support@leadexglobal.com.
Reactivation may require the user to repurchase or restart their subscription, depending on the terms and conditions at the time of reactivation.
